The problem at hand was the challenge of increasing sales for a newly launched cloud kitchen. One of the critical factors affecting sales was the restaurant's low rating and the lack of a substantial number of reviews on Zomato. Without a strong online presence and positive reviews, attracting new customers and retaining existing ones became increasingly difficult.

The solution involved integrating a scratch card incentive system into the order fulfillment process. Customers would receive a scratch card with every order, offering them a chance to win cashback upon submitting a review on Zomato.
